This was the first new car purchase for me in 10 years. I prepared in advance for the experience and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and no-pressure my journey was with Royal Kia on Speedway. I began by reaching out through the dealer website, Jesus responded promptly and surprised me with a video introducing himself and showing me the car. The video left a notable impression that I liked. Through the entire journey Jesus was responsive, respectful, professional, courteous, thoughtful, and polite. I would say that Jesus certainly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt informed, that my questions were answered, and that all the details that I needed were at my disposal. For him 10/10 The dealership is a non-commission based dealer. Their prices aligned with market value research that I did on my own beforehand, and as such, they do not negotiate on pricing. I consider that the biggest PLUS to purchasing through Royal Kia. Nobody pushed me into a purchase. I actually found myself saying "Okay, I would like to move forward. What are the next steps?" which was fantastic. Jesus handed me over to Ethan for the transactional process, which was equally easy. Ethan was fantastic; professional, courteous, jovial, and friendly. I presented him with my desired financial outcome, he worked with me, and even managed to secure a lower interest rate than I'd found on my own from a local credit union -> saving me money! I grew up when dealers seemed to be trying to 'rip-off' just about anyone who walked onto the lot. This was NOT the case here. I felt like the sale was fair, the quality of the vehicles was HIGH and that the service I received from these two plus Jayden who was new and everyone in between was EXCELLENT. TLDR: I owned a Kia before, I came looking for another, found this one at Royal Kia, and would gladly return in the future; though I hope not to need them, their Warranty Forever on the drivetrain delivers a sense of confidence in their vehicles that put a proverbial bow on the entire process. Lastly, I don't want to spoil anything for anyone reading this before making a purchase, but I was presented with a purchase 'gift' at the end of the process that was completely unexpected and definitely raised the bar for how I felt about finishing the buying process. Thank you Jesus, Ethan, Jayden, and everyone involved in the process! More
