Jae is probably the most honest and patient BMW sales advisor ever. I test drove the same car three times because I really wanted to be sure that was the one I wanted, and on each occasion, Jae was so we advisor ever. Not once did I ever feel rushed or that I was being “too much.” Not only that, but he also took the time to explain the process of buying the car in the most economical way possible for me. I didn’t have to deal with unnecessary fees or hidden costs - he was transparent with the whole process in general. He’s super responsive, but never puts pressure on you to buy anything. I wish every car dealership and sales advisor did business with the integrity and candidness that Jae does. More
