We had a very positive experience at BMW of Catonsville largely due to excellence and professionalism of Salesman JAE LIM. From our first meeting Jae with his infectious smile, it was evident that Jae want largely due to excellence and professionalism of Salesman JAE LIM. From our first meeting Jae with his infectious smile, it was evident that Jae wanted more than anything else to serve us well. He demonstrated this first listening intently giving us his full attention, by not being put off by the many questions we were asking, by immediately taking us to vehicles that aligned with our needs/desires, and by NOT putting ANY pressure or manipulation on us at all. To the contrary, Jae was clearly content with us not buying anything. This gave us complete freedom to process and pray over our purchase. We had to travel and thus absent for a couple weeks. Jae never contacted us, patiently waiting on us and content if we never came back. But we were eager to come back, and Jae remembered us immediately and picked up right where we left off. Jae is very low key, but happy and eager to answer any and every question. We cannot say enough about JAE LIM and how he is EVERYTHING you could want in a car salesman. We wish every salesman was exactly like Jae. If in need of a vehicle, seek Jae out at BMW of Catonsville! More
