Great Customer Service I received a recall on my older Lexus dashboard. While in for an oil change, Jamie ordered the new dashboard for us. Once it was in, she followed up I received a recall on my older Lexus dashboard. While in for an oil change, Jamie ordered the new dashboard for us. Once it was in, she followed up with a reminder. When we came in for service Jamie was with another customer so Mike Retz came over and said hello and got the mileage info for Jamie. The car was ready when promised and Jamie even walked us out to the car. Great group in the service department. More
