First, I was speaking with Julio via internet and made the appointment with him; he was GREAT! Then Tony D stepped in - extraordinary! We worked out the numbers on the Legacy Premium and Legacy but ended up buying the Sport. Tony knew I was not going to be happy with Premium. Again, EXTRAORDINARY!! Jaime had all the numbers with the different options for warranties ready for us to make an informed decision. After that, the paperwork and signing was super fast. Tony had the car ready and took the time to show me the options I needed to know. Thanks to everyone! More
