I am a huge Jaime Gonzalez fan. He’s responsive, respectful & on top of the history of my service. I just blew out a back right tire & not only did I get prompt service, he reminded me I was under warranty which I’d forgotten! This is why I’m satisfied w BMW service, bc of exceptional people like him.
