Three ladies in the front desk, only one was serving customers. They seemed not very sure what they were doing but chatting and telling customer to wait. Got message saying car was ready, and after 30 customers. They seemed not very sure what they were doing but chatting and telling customer to wait. Got message saying car was ready, and after 30 minutes, they told me to wait because the can not find the paperwork. TOH used to be very good, but now needs more professional staff. More
