Overall I am quite satisfied with Sierry Subaru of Monrovia. The one area that I think could use some work is in explaining the EFB or start-stop batteries that are required in Foresters. I spoke with Monrovia. The one area that I think could use some work is in explaining the EFB or start-stop batteries that are required in Foresters. I spoke with several people over the course of my experience with a dead battery and gradually came to an understanding about the batteries, but I think the explanations from service staff could have been better. Although I was shown alignment pages I also would have appreciated a brief rundown on the life left in the tires and anything else that was notable during the 30,000 mile servicing. Jaime Vega was my main contact but I spoke to several other people as well. The technician who set my clock and replaced the battery in my key fob was excellent. The customer waiting area was clean and quiet which I appreciated. Thank you. More

I am very grateful and lucky Sierra Subaru was able to find an opening for in their service department in the afternoon when I called in the morning. Jamie in the service department was quick in processing my documents when I arrived. And when the work was done, Jamie showed me the results on paper and what is needed the next time.
