We are truly sorry to read your recent review regarding your oil change and tire rotation service, and we sincerely apologize for the significant oversight and inconvenience you experienced.
It is completely unacceptable that your tires were not rotated during your initial visit, and we deeply regret that you had to return to our dealership to have the tire rotation completed. This was a clear slip-up on our part and does not reflect the high standards of service and attention to detail we strive to provide to every customer.
We have addressed this internally with our service team to ensure that such an oversight does not happen again.
Please know that we do not "top-off" any fluids with the service you requested, This would be a special request that you would have to make at the time of service write-up.
