Jairo, is one great asset to Roseville Infiniti. He took care of me and my car. He got me in and out and kept me in loop with the progression of my repairs. My experience at Roseville Infiniti has always been amazing . The service representatives-Jairo and Dan are very professional and extremely helpful . Mechanic Rodney is above the standard. Alysssa picked up my car and returned it and kept in touch with me; very nice and professional. No work was done at this time, a part was ordered. The car most likely got to the service center by 10 a.m touch with me; very nice and professional. No work was done at this time, a part was ordered. The car most likely got to the service center by 10 a.m.; at 2 p.m., I finally called and left a message with Jairo about what was happening since I knew they could do no work until I okayed it. Seems to me 4 hours is too long. The part will take 7-10 days, which I feel is unacceptable as it could be flown here in 2 days or so. I'm driving with the service engine light on, hoping it will last until the part arrives. More
