They simply said we will do our own ok but it took the fourth visit for service to find what we had printed out the first time we visited the service department. But it was handled many after many miles off my warranty as we don't live in Duluth. The car is great and everything else with VW of Duluth has been great. Marcus has been amazing to work with. Keegan has been very accommodating. More
