The sales representatives worked together from the time I asked for online info, to speaking with me by phone, to coming in to discuss my purch had. The sales representatives worked together from the time I asked for online info, to speaking with me by phone, to coming in to discuss my purchase, to wrapping up the financing with my credit union, all were very courteous, professional , and knowledgeable, Jake Doyle was very honest about the process of the pricing of the preowned rental, my trade-in valuing , condition of the car I selected , as it is service certified , and worked as a real team leader with Jake Hewitt, the technical contact , who is very professional and knowledgable . Jake even supplied me with some new stickons for my EZ Pass after he noticed I had the device with me while I was waiting for him. Very thoughtful! He showed me every aspect of the vehicle I was not familiar with. And John Barber, the Finance person who made the transfer of my old vehicle and final transaction very easy. All who I was taken care of by did work as a real team. They all gave me their undivided attention from the time I arrived for a couple of test drives until I drove my 2018 Honda Fit home that day. I chose a Honda as my wife has a 2003 CRV with 205,000 miles on it which looks and runs like almost new. She has found it very worthwhile and easy to keep it up as she is very meticulous.
