This time, however, was entirely different, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We were lucky enough to work with Damon Luton, who was friendly, respectful, understanding and made us feel that he was interested in helping us get what we wanted and still get the price we were looking for, and not just making a sale. He was not the typical high-pressured salesman who makes me want to flee....look him up when you're there! We next worked with Jake Doyle, who introduced us to our new car and, recognizing that we are older "techno nerds," carefully walked us through all of the tricks that came with the vehicle, and assured us that we'd enjoy all of the new features, which we already do. We then met with Michael Speranza, who handled the paperwork that is involved with any transaction like this, and made it entirely effortless - a huge relief! I don't know what happens behind the scenes, but we didn't have to deal with the insurance coverage, the plates, the dreaded DMV - it was all done by this incredible team. All in all, it was a pleasant, stress-free experience, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you all for what you do, and keep up the good work. More
