We had just finished the second year of our lease On October 21, 2016, my husband and I came to Mohawk Honda to check out the Mohawk Exchange program. We had just finished the second year of our lease on a 2014 CR-V, and we were invited to look at options to lease a 2016 CR-V. 5 hours later, we were driving a beautiful new CR-V. Our salesperson was Mike Bennice; he was outstanding in that he clearly explained why we should consider making this move at this time. There were several advantages to us, plus the newer model had some very appealing features and upgrades. From start to finish, it was an easy transition and we are extremely pleased. Brian was polite, fun and easy to deal with. Came in on his day off to accommodate my time frame. No hassle, professesional. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. With that said Nate in finance took his time explaining things, got me a great finance rate. Jacob despite being a Notre Dame fan, spent time going over the details, especially the technology. Brad Cittadino imme It's been 17+ years since I had to purchase or lease a vehicle and needless to say I was apprehensive about the whole experience. Brad Cittadino immediately put my fears to rest as soon as he started to talk about the vehicle I was interested in. Not only did he know his product; he was well versed in expediting the services of getting me financed, insured with new plates and the car detailed in a few short hours. He did all of this while competing with a loud scissor lift that was placed next to his desk so the maintenance crew could tend to a malfunctioning security camera. Brad kept his cool and was smiling, friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. Not only was Brad a delight to work with; His Sales Manager Eric Meisner was equally welcoming and professional and was instrumental in assisting and guiding Brad to make the transaction smooth. I was greeted by Jake Doyle who showed me how to work all the bells and whistles in the car. Not being technologically savvy; he had a challenge. He was very helpful, friendly and knowlegable.
