I've been dealing with Mark for over 10 years and it's a pleasure every time. I followed him to Mohawk from another dealership since he gives me such awesome service. Mark is not just a sales representative from Mohawk; he's become like a family member not only to me, but to my friends and family. They told us that we could come back any time if we needed help and yes we took them up on the offer we went back the next day for help with setting up our blue tooth system. Purchase of 2016 CRV We had a wonderful experience in trading our 2013 CRV for a 2016 CRV. We picked up the car today (August 19th). Our sales consultant was Dean Kennedy We had a wonderful experience in trading our 2013 CRV for a 2016 CRV. We picked up the car today (August 19th). Our sales consultant was Dean Kennedy, and our Delivery Coordinator was Jacob Doyle. We can truly say that both of them were absolutely wonderful and thoroughly professional. We came a long way (Loudonville) because we have always liked the dealership since 2000 when we purchased our first new car from Mohawk. Dean explained the features of the Touring model that we wanted to move up to from our 2013 CRV, and as a result we did decide to move up. Jacob was very helpful in explaining all the features of the new car, and he did it with enthusiasm and lots of knowledge. The finance representatives, Mr. Ryan and Mr. Cittadino, were also very helpful and nice to deal with. In summary, we had a very nice experience, and we will definitely pass that along to our friends. We will come back again in the future to consider updated models. Thank you. Online service from Ashley was super quick and efficient. I gave her my desired price point and options I was looking for and she responded immediately. I ended up purchasing a car within a week of beginning to look. The sales team made sure I didn't have questions and addressed all of my concerns. I had a question for the service department and got a clear answer. As far as car buying goes, this experience was better than I had anticipated. More

Mohawk is the best! I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I called Mohawk to make an appointment with Cam for the next day and I drove away with a CRV that afternoon. Cam and Trish as always were friendly, fun and professional. I had come in a few months back and I wasn't yet ready to purchase. However, they made me feel comfortable and not pressured so I knew when I was ready I would buy a car from them. Cam made sure I was happy with everything and Jake helped me set up my bluetooth so I was all set before I left the lot. Everyone here was awesome! Although my Civic was totaled and I didn't get repairs done at the collision center this was my 3rd incident this year at the collision center. I can't tell you how awesome these people are. The first time was in the winter when I driving 1.5hrs to work and a deer ran into the side of my vehicle on the way to work. I called and went to the center that afternoon. Patti made me feel like I had nothing to worry about because they would take care of everything, send state farm the estimate, and I could pick up and drop of my hertz rental right on site. She was incredible. The next time I was rear-ended in a parking lot and I simply walked in and Noelle helped me with an estimate on the spot so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Finally, when my vehicle was totaled they sent the estimate the same day of drop off and I could see it when I logged into my SF account. I also had the pleasure of working with Noelle on that visit. The last thing anyone wants to do when they crash their car is stress about repairs. The collision team made life super easy and I wasn't worried about anything. Seriously guys, you're all amazing!
