She set my mind at ease and I was happy that we were able to go over any concerns that I had, while also getting to know each other in such a short time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my search for a F-150. I had a large wishlist of items and he made sure to check all of the boxes and keep in mind my price point. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find the truck due to the high demand in the F-150s and how quickly they come and go from the lot. I will say that Jake was always in contact and I felt good knowing he was on the search. I highly recommend the Heritage Ford dealership based on their knowledge, prices, and of course customer service. I never felt under pressure to buy and the H-team made it a friendly experience unlike many dealers I had went to.
