Busy but worth the wait. We weren’t really familiar with the Acura MDX. Karen made sure we were able to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. She took the time to answer our questions and explaining the features of the vehicle. She was positive, no negative comments about other vehicles we had commented on and were interested in. She focused on highlighting the superior qualities of the Acura MDX, and we were able to draw our own conclusion that, for us, the other options were inferior compared to the price of the vehicle. it was also a team effort; as Jake and Elizabeth stayed later than close, along with Karen, as we made our final decision. More
