She focused on highlighting the superior qualities of the Acura MDX, and we were able to draw our own conclusion that, for us, the other options were inferior compared to the price of the vehicle. it was also a team effort; as Jake and Elizabeth stayed later than close, along with Karen, as we made our final decision. I went into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Jake Fairbanks, the Sales Manager. The power steering is so easy I think I could turn a corner with my pinkie on the wheel. When i went in to buy it, Will Wickliff filled in for Elliott and he could not have been nicer or more helpful in explaining all the gadgets in the car. Elizabeth Mortiz walked me through the paperwork, which is a misnomer, since it is all done electronically on a screen in the table. It is amazing technology. Everyone at Ed Martin was outstanding if you are looking for a car. More
