Finally! It's been a while since great customer service came my way. I always go in there with either one of my two young children and every time I'm taken car It's been a while since great customer service came my way. I always go in there with either one of my two young children and every time I'm taken care of like I'm the only one getting their vehicle maintenanced. Clearly, I'm not with all of the other customers. Jake is always letting me know how long he thinks it'll be and is always on the ball! I love going in there. Plus, the fresh fruit is always so nice, my girls always know that they can get there first thing in the morning and grab a snack. As for me, I don't mind the coffee and delicious cookies. See you in 3 months Jake. You rock! More

Complete service performed Went in for lube and oil change, and fuel filter change. Jacob was thorough in explaining the service. They gave me a loaner truck since we had other errands to run, and called me when it was ready, which was actually earlier than he estimated. They washed the truck when they were done, which was nice. More

Best experience I've had with a dealer. He checked the battery in my Tahoe as I am almost to the end of my bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't even know that was covered and yes I needed a new one. Done. Front end alignment, used the coupon and saved me $40. Will definitely be returning for other service. Just wanted to mention the great cashier, Heather. She had everything together!! More
