tire repair I had a screw in my tire on Sunday night and I had the light come on. I called in t he morning and Jake said bring it right up, which I did. One happy camper. I like going to Sands Chevrolet-Surprise to have my truck serviced because I think they have the best service department in the valley. My appointmen I like going to Sands Chevrolet-Surprise to have my truck serviced because I think they have the best service department in the valley. My appointments are always kept on time. I have the greatest service provider. He is professional, pays attention to detail, and makes sure that everything is taken care of when I bring my truck in for service. Sands cares enough about there customers to follow up there visit with a courtesy call to make sure you were satisfied with their service and if not what they need to do to improve. In my book they are a class act. More

Oil change Had an appointment for an oil change on my 2016 camaro. It took 1 hour and 28 minutes to change the oil and filter??? Wonderful service. Representative was very helpful. We have dealt with Gateway Chevorlete and had a terrible experience. A salesman stole items out of our car. Sands provides "Excellent" service. Always Great Service ! I was always reluctant to take my vehicles back to a Dealer as I believed they were more expensive and slow to have the work performed. However, afte I was always reluctant to take my vehicles back to a Dealer as I believed they were more expensive and slow to have the work performed. However, after moving into our new home in 2010, and having Sands Chevrolet close to our home, I thought I'd give them a try. To my surprise and delight I found their service department staffed with very knowledgeable and friendly people. I further found their work to be excellent, and very competitive. Jake Friedberg is the best - most competent, knowledgeable, and friendly service advisor/technician I have ever encountered. And in over 55+ years of driving, this dealership is the best. Not only are they better than other Chevrolet dealers, but better than BMW, Ford and Cadillac dealers that I have been to here in the Valley. I will continue to have our vehicle serviced only here at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise. More
