Due to not being able to get to my other service station on Bell (destruction) road, I once again reluctantly tried Sands Chevy in Surprise. This time, I got Jake for a service advisor and couldn't be happier. He listened to what I needed done and DID NOT try to up sell me. He told me what services would be needed soon and what I could wait on. I really appreciated that! When I did get those needed services done, without me asking, he gave me a loner car. That was a relief because I still needed to get to work. The work was done for the price quoted and ready when promised. I'm glad I came back! More
