When I called, the person who answered told me he looked up the part # and the correct oil was put in, but the report had a typo. More

Regular maintenance We see our service consultant,Jake F, I needed a oil change and check my tire pressure regulators. They said my car was out of alignment. Seems every time I go in I need additional services. We are retired and live on a very small income so car repairs are far from priority. Jake always helps us in the price of the work but it still hurts. We would recommend Jake as he understands people and helps when he can. More

Can't go wrong when you have the right person helping you. What I mean is that I have Jake Friedberg as my service representative and he always listen to what I have to say and then always keeps me updated on What I mean is that I have Jake Friedberg as my service representative and he always listen to what I have to say and then always keeps me updated on the things that I should be taking care of. A few times I have brought my truck in unexpectedly for what I thought was a big problem and Jake has always calmed me down and he would walk me through some steps to fix my problems or let me know that everything is ok. Recall I had a brake pedal recall. It was quick in and out in less than 45 minutes. My only negative comment is when I got back into my truck my seat was I had a brake pedal recall. It was quick in and out in less than 45 minutes. My only negative comment is when I got back into my truck my seat was completely readjusted. and the steering column was as low as it could get. I feel that there is no reason to adjust either. the only thing should have been the seat forward or back. More
