Jake went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted to make the deal happen. We test drove and looked at a lot of different vehicles. He never got frustrated with us or pressured us. I have been friends with several of your employees. Because of this and having work done in the body shop, I thought I would give you a try with buying a car. My first experience with the sales team sh Because of this and having work done in the body shop, I thought I would give you a try with buying a car. My first experience with the sales team shook my confidence. I was looking online for a2019 Ford Flex. I found one on your web site I wanted to look at. The car was not as advertised. Wrong interior, 5000 more miles than advertised, and had some body damage. The car was dirty with food and a box of chocolate Jello pudding under the seat. I was ready to go to another dealer. I emailed the salesman and voiced my displeasure. I received an e-mail from Mr. Lonsdale wanting to give y’all another chance. We met with Jake. He won back our confidence. We ended up being treated very well and we bought a 2019 Lincoln MKT. Now if we can get the “Lincoln Way” app to work, it would be great! More

We have been waiting since June 25th on our title for 2018 CRV. Now it was suggested by a employee that we drive the car without a tag or title and the dealership would pay fines! Our last day to drive l 2018 CRV. Now it was suggested by a employee that we drive the car without a tag or title and the dealership would pay fines! Our last day to drive legally is Sunday so what do we do? We already had to buy a 30 day extension at our expense .Would not recommend this dealer at this point We asked for a dealer tag to cover after 60 days and were told they are short on them... Really??? We been told by several associates that they would return a call but they did not More
