Outstanding dealership with fantastic people! I passed through with my wife on a Saturday to look at Max Ford's large inventory of F-150s and was very happy that we were left to our own devices wh I passed through with my wife on a Saturday to look at Max Ford's large inventory of F-150s and was very happy that we were left to our own devices while we walked the lot. Once we approached the showroom, Jake offered us a friendly greeting and immediately began listening to what I was looking for. Within a few minutes Jake had us on the road to test drive both trucks I was looking at. Not wanting to be tied to a dealership for our entire Saturday, my wife and I left shortly after to consider our options and run some remaining errands - Jake assured us if we stayed we would be done in less than an hour and in hindsight, I should have listened. When we returned on Monday to purchase the truck we were in and out of Max Ford in 45 minutes. Jake's attention to detail wasn't limited to my experience at the dealership. My truck was sent off for an accessory installation at the top tinting location in the KCMO area. The entire time the vehicle was handled with care and delivered well ahead of schedule with everything perfectly installed. I thought I lost the opportunity to preserve the window sticker, but Jake took the time to neatly fold it and tuck it into the owner's manual for safekeeping. That meant a lot to me. I showed my wife and she agreed, "Oh, Jake knows exactly what he's doing." Every person I encountered, but especially Jake and Mason, went out of their way to show my wife and I that buying a vehicle doesn't need to be a chore to dread. Mason did not waste our time on products I was not interested in purchasing and clearly communicated every aspect of the paperwork as it was executed. Hands down, of the 18 vehicle purchases I've made, this is my best experience. I strongly recommend anyone interested in a vehicle consider making their purchase through Max Ford of Harrisonville. More

I like this dealership but apparently when you buy a new Ford the 36,000- 3 year bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t necessarily include the electronics. A Gap insurance is sold for a added cost. Therefore always read the fine print and expect added cost when buying a new Ford. More
