A wise friend of mine told me to never trust anyone except my mother. Taking that advice, we brought the RAV down to our trusted mechanic of 8 years. He went through the vehicle and pronounced that it was in fantastic shape and agreed that we received a good deal after we told him what we paid for it. So, as far as dealerships go, I would recommend Columbia Ford to a friend or family. I was happy with our experience there. As always, a car dealership will always be a car dealership and you have to stick to your guns when it comes to negotiating. More

Easiest purchase ever I went into the dealership on the 24th of March to look at the Kia Soul and drove out with it on the 25th. At no point did I feel pressured or forced into anything, and they were very attentive and aware of exactly what I wanted and what my budget was. It's been quite a few years since I bought a new car and I was amazed at how painless and easy they made the process, despite me having some circumstances they might not deal with every day. The shop is very comfortable and accommodating, and put me at such ease, I was able to catch a nap while they worked with the banks for my approvals. I don't see a reason to ever go to another dealer over this team. More
