A 5 Star Experience!! From the moment I walked in to Columbia Ford/KIA. To the Moment I left with my brand new KIA Optima. I was treated with respect and courtesy. They are a family owned dealership who cares about your experience and treats you like a neighbor. Which by the way my salesman (Eric Miller) just happened to be. Eric was great to work with. He listened to my needs and fulfilled them. I went in with a budget for a used car. And he was able to turn that into a brand new car. I never thought I would leave with a new car but he and Columbia Ford/KIA made it happen. I will recommend Eric Miller and Columbia Ford/KIA to anyone looking to buy a car. New or Used. Eric Gates made the financing go smooth and easy. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

Thank you John Senick and the guys at Columbia Ford for making the experience stress free and friendly. I never felt pressured or patronized during the entire process, nor was there any sense of impatience on their part as I pressed for additional compromises to close the deal. I was treated very well - even offered lunch and beverages as I waited on the paperwork. The one area that I felt was less than optimal was the wait. Given past experiences, I feel there may some opportuity for process improvements to gain efficienies in this area. Overall the paperwork took double the amount of time I expected based on experiences at other dealerships. More

Tony Mauro took her for the test drive and made the sale and delivery awesome. It is a Kia Rio 2012. She loves the car. Service is great. Free oil changes and tire rotations for two years. Just leased a Kia Optima. I have been a Nissan customer for over 10 years. This car is wonderful, with more bang for my buck than the Maxima I owned before. Spoke to Jake prior to arriving at the dealership. With one left in college, I didn't want to use too much of my savings. Again, I sat with Tony Mauro to determine the best car for my money and within a budget to get me through the next two years with minimal expenses. Chris Messier stopped in to say hello and they all made it so easy. Free oil changes and tire rotations for two years, 100,000/10 year warranty. The car drives like a dream and I love it. More
