Absolutely amazing dealership experience I just arrived home after picking up my 2019 XC90. I had thought that after owning or leasing many Volvos over the years that I considered myself know I just arrived home after picking up my 2019 XC90. I had thought that after owning or leasing many Volvos over the years that I considered myself knowledgeable in these cars. However Tina Bilokin quickly, tactfully, proved me wrong. I quickly found that I had so much to learn from her about this car that I had no idea of, and she had an immense amount of patience in explaining it. One might ask, what made me travel more then two hours each way from Long Island for this car,,, This special lady Tina, that's why, and the management that allows her to conduct herself in the exact opposite manner of what most people's expectations are of the stereotypical car sales person. I had contacted my local dealerships in attempting to look for something specific and found that no one really wanted to go out of their way to find what I wanted or discuss price. I then went online to a buying site to get more info and Tina contacted me. Originally I had no interest in travelling the 2+ hours to lease a car. However she had such a vibrant, upbeat outlook, with an amazing " Can Do" attitude that I thought it was worth giving her a try. She truly had an interest in finding out what I wanted and what price I had in mind and went out of her way to make it work, She then worked with Jake, their finance team member and they had the whole deal put together in a couple of hours. I had never experienced such exuberance in truly trying to meet the customers wants and then exceed their expectations . There was no haggling or even "debate;, she just did better then I was even asking for. When I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign a few forms and get a "Tina Tutelage" of what this car had that I had no idea of and drive it home. The amazing thing to me was in signing the forms, I then realized that they had added a few extras I had not even asked for, included in the price. There are dealerships that advertise that they are customer friendly , but if you are looking for a place that really goes out of their way to make the transaction stress-free in my eyes this is it. I truly believe that Ms. Bilokin could teach other sales professionals how to interact with their customers to make the whole experience more enjoyable. In my opinion, she is the benchmark. There is truly nothing that I could see that needs to be improved upon in the way she, and this dealership conducted themselves. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! More

I told her what I was looking to pay monthly and she help me get there and even help me beat my municipal credit union APR. I knew everything before hand and wasn't hit with any surprises when I got there. She even sent me a video walk around of the car before hand. Everything was upfront and honest. Lindsey was very friendly and personable. Jake, was also very good. Didn't pressure me with any add on's, made me feel comfortable and was very honest. Overall great buying experience. I never felt pressured or rushed even after the third test drive. Tina and Lindsey knew the cars inside and out and were incredibly helpful during the whole process. I cannot thank Tina enough for giving me her cell phone # and being super-responsive to my follow-up messages and inquiries, as well as for making sure I fully understood all of the car's features before leaving the lot. I entered defensive and can say without question that Lindsey was extremely attentive to my asks and not interested in forcing me into in any direction I was uncomfortable with. A good sales consultant enables me to achieve my goals and that is what she provided for me. Lindsey was not only consultative but extremely knowledgeable regarding the specifications of Volvo vehicles and her entire inventory and model range. She was attentive and patient with me and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. The confidence she had in Volvo products and services was on display by virtue of her honesty and willingness to let me make my decision. Once my decision was made, she assisted me through every step and ensured a smooth, stress-free process. Plus, she greeted my daughter with a teddy bear when we came to pick up our vehicle (little things matter). I feel fortunate to have dealt with a salesperson like Tina, because i have had plenty of sub par experiences elsewhere. Tina is very personable, knowledgeable about the vehicles (not just the volvo's either), and just a joy to deal with overall. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience with Prestige, and left satisfied customers. She made a video for me before hand, and had the car detailed and waiting for us when we arrived. Even though we had made no commitment to buy before hand. The car had been inspected, given an oil change, and fresh braked pads as well. She has since followed up with me several times to make sure that everything is going ok, and that we are happy. Definitely the type of experience you always hope for, but rarely get elsewhere. Prestige also has a streamlined process that did not have us endlessly waiting like we have done with other dealers in the past.You would never have known i was purchasing a used vehicle from a different brand altogether. We were treated with respect, and honestly thought the process which left me feeling comfortable about my purchase decision. We also enjoyed our time with Jake, who helped with our financing and paperwork.There wasn't really anything to haggle about, because they made a a very fair offer from the start. The vehicle was also priced very competitively. Prestige has a nice bright, airy, modern dealership that made our stay even better.
