Purchased a certified Toyota with the help of Gabriel Bolano and Jake Norquist. Whole process was smooth from initial inquiry to signing of documents. Spoke to soon. The surprise issues came after the sale. They said the plates will be sent to me but I have to follow up because the temp plate expires in 6 days. They informed me that I did not specify which licensing office to send paperwork. Send them the info and fast forward today. Vehicle licensing received incomplete paperwork and they sent me the payment separately. WTH. To add damage. They did not notarize the title application. Now I have to be in person to do it. Nobody from the dealership has contacted me to resolve this issue. Now that I had this experience. I will not recommend this dealer. Go buy your next vehicle somewhere else. More
