After spending an hour driving two vehicles and settling on one that I was interested in, they brought me their financial work-up (with prices and taxes) for the vehicles. They added on over $2,000 for unde on one that I was interested in, they brought me their financial work-up (with prices and taxes) for the vehicles. They added on over $2,000 for undercoating and anti-microbial spraying of the seats! It was insulting and just a scammy way to pad their profits. I left without buying from them. Three days later I bought an even nicer used Highlander from a nearby Lexus dealership. For a better price too! More

Chelsea Johnson is an absolute delight. Her bubbly personality and wit kept us entertained while waiting for finance to deliberate a deal. Bright lime green. Rumor is, you can see them from space. The point of this review is that the dealership employs great people. They might not have been able to get a deal done for us, but it doesn’t mean they won’t in the future. Thanks for making us feel like family. More
