Having never owned a BMW in our family, this was a big step for us to consider. KUNI BMW and Jakob were great to work with...they were both knowledgable about the car and its features while allowing us the time to process at our pace. In the end, we have a new car in our family that is fuel efficient, fantastic to drive and one that we hope will be with us for the next 10 years!
