I chose Southern Nissan because it was close to my home and my past experiences were speedy and efficient instead to going to Infiniti. Employees need customer service training. No one was in the service and my past experiences were speedy and efficient instead to going to Infiniti. Employees need customer service training. No one was in the service bay when I drove in. When someone did come they never acknowledged me. I waited because they were on the phone, but when he was clearly holding he never acknowledged me. I was ignored and had to wait over 10 minutes to check in by another technician. The only communication was me telling him I had an appointment, provided mileage, the exchange of keys, directions to the lounge. No updates were provided. He came to the lounge after over 2 hours when my truck was ready. I was given the cost, told about the credit card surcharge, and that the keys were in my vehicle. This is not the level of service I’m accustomed to nor find favorable. Unfortunately, Southern missed the mark. More
