Today I took it in to have an oil change and the tires rotated at my local Merchants Tire not the dealership but they couldn't take the wheels off because when I purchased the car the dealership did not give me the proper key for the lug locks so I was stuck without a rotation. So I took it up to the dealership and carefully explain the situation to them and my original salesman was very pleasant and went to service right away and found someone to get the proper key for the LA club that I had. Then after he told me to pull around a service so I can get the rotation and get the proper key the guy in service not sure of his name Sean I think just gives me the lot lug key and says no I can't do that and then I go back inside and I'm kind of upset at this point and they just basically blew me off, you got jameil who told me to leave at one point and Kevon Kim who basically told me he didn't need my business and was very condescending.. they didn't seem to understand the root of my anger and what the problem was after explaining it to them several times. Eventually they had the service guy say he would give me a rotation but at that point I just left because I was so disgusted with the treatment I received. let's just say they only care about you when you're in there getting ready to buy the car and once you buy the car evidently they're just rude and condescending jerks is my experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. My Mom always wanted a Santa Fe but we purchased the Tucson and love it. Yessica Palacios and Tom Proctor were the best to work with very knowledgeable. My salesperson Michael Serrano demonstrated great patience while test driving three vehicles before deciding the Tucson was a good fit, he too is very knowledgeable of each vehicle. I returned the next day after noticing it was a mark on the side of the truck and Linda Chandler used her magic touch and removed the mark without hesitation. Thanks Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville for making this purchase a pleasant one this process can be hectic but the team above allowed this experience to be pleasant, much laughter and a smooth process. Looking forward to upgrading in the near future! More
