The process for trading in my vehicle so far to this point was seamless. When I had to be handed off to the Finance department the process was informative and helpful. Management came to greet me and make recommendations and add perspective to my purchasing thought process... all in all I felt like my dealer James treated me like I was his own daughter making a car purchase. Staff was courteous, providing good customer service - provided beverages. He went over every detail step by step, test drive, abridged manual, set up my phone with the Bluelink features and bluetooth audio as well as answered all my questions. More

No follow through, Customer service in finance is horrible I traded two vehicles in on 3/5, they did not pay off these trades until late April, causing issues with my credit score affecting my home refinance. I traded two vehicles in on 3/5, they did not pay off these trades until late April, causing issues with my credit score affecting my home refinance. I called over and over, they kept promising me that the payoffs would be made, a lot of empty promises and no returned phone calls. I will never do business with them again, as they clearly do not care about the customer, just making the sale. More

Our salesman, Cory couldn't of been nicer. He showed us all the features of the car, let us take a test drive which included highway driving, and even programmed my phone. The negotiations went very well, and everyone was very happy with the bottom line. I am very happy with my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Since it was raining, they did not detail the car before we drove it home, but insisted we bring it back to get it detailed once the weather cleared up. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
