Nicholas D. the man of the hour, but he was not alone I only take my car to be serviced at Bob Johnson. Yes you pay for satisfaction but it is the peace of mind that a Chevy dealer is using Chevy parts an I only take my car to be serviced at Bob Johnson. Yes you pay for satisfaction but it is the peace of mind that a Chevy dealer is using Chevy parts and supplies to make my car last longer. I had a check engine light on for months and just could not afford to do anything about it. I knew i did not want to take it anyone else, therefore meaning i would have to save up money for repair done correctly. My service agent was Nicolas. I have to say, this young man made sure i was satisfied the whole process. He has a very understanding way about him. He didn't pull any punches and he told me what my options were and provided dollar amounts for each service with tax. No surprises. I want to Thank Nic for being a stellar person to work with. I would definitely drop his name to anyone I know. He really made this Bob Johnson experience special, I sincerely felt like i was in good hands. I also want to point out two cashiers I think one is named Lisa, the other I'm unsure of. These two ladies are so cool and understanding. They are personable and professional and a joy to give my money to. The shuttle guy was really nice and very personable. He drove me home and picked me up. We had a nice chat and he even dropped me a nugget of wisdom that made me like him even more. It is those behind the scene folks like the cashiers and shuttle persons who really complete the experience and should not be taken lightly. Lastly, Jamalle Cade always says hello and is very personable. I didn't work with him this time but he deserves xxxxxxfor being a real nice, personable and understanding guy. I have asked three folks to repeat after me.. I do not want to be seen at Bob Johnson unless I'm getting an oil change or buying a new car. Now I'm very happy about this and hope it comes out to be true. Completely Satisfied Customer again. Greg B. More

I dropped my car off very early Monday morning for an oil change and the winter tires changed out. The service rep., noticed a screw in one of my tires and repaired it. Oil, tires, conversation and coffee. I am in my third year of Bob Johnson chevys...about 20 years of maintenance and over 400,000 great miles in three different Chevy "ponies" . The staff has always gone out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. I would recommend them ...10 out of 10...the highest ! Waiting for work to get done is full of comforts ! Coffee and multi drinks available. Snacks available. Computer available, computer Geeks available. I get a ton of work done there when I wait. More
