Victory Toyota has maintained our 2007 Prius since we bought it new from them. This visit was to fix the rear hatch (trunk). The lock wouldn't open. I found an aftermarket handle through Amazon which included a metal core, which was an improvement over the original design, and much less expensive to boot. But stuck with OEM Toyota part to replace the worn-out lock. The tech pointed out a flaw in the aftermarket handle, namely, that it lacked the waterproofing pads on the Toyota part. He came up with a solution. Our Prius has 215,000 miles, and with Victory Toyota's help, we're aiming for at least 300,000. More
