Victory Toyota has maintained our 2007 Prius since we bought it new from them. This visit was to fix the rear hatch (trunk). The lock wouldn't open. And the handle on the door had broken so that it hung bought it new from them. This visit was to fix the rear hatch (trunk). The lock wouldn't open. And the handle on the door had broken so that it hung down a bit. I found an aftermarket handle through Amazon which included a metal core, which was an improvement over the original design, and much less expensive to boot. But stuck with OEM Toyota part to replace the worn-out lock. The tech pointed out a flaw in the aftermarket handle, namely, that it lacked the waterproofing pads on the Toyota part. He came up with a solution. Our Prius has 215,000 miles, and with Victory Toyota's help, we're aiming for at least 300,000. More
