If you request them to make repairs after the fact they yoyo you into a different car without finalizing the financing so they can hold your car as hostage and pressure you to do what they want. They've been reported to the state for what they've done to me and I'm actively seeking representation for litigation as they currently still have possession of my vehicle that the loan is still active and the payment is nearly due, despite it being 11 days away from a month they've had my car. Save yourself the money and trouble, they don't give you copies of your contract before you leave they lie and say it will be in an email, you will never get it. Save yourself the time, trouble, and aggravation. Go elsewhere. More
