DO NOT BUY HERE! ! I actually gave this dealer ship "ZERO " stars. Zero. I purchased a vehicle at this dealer in June and part of the deal with JJ ( Jamarius Jackson ! I actually gave this dealer ship "ZERO " stars. Zero. I purchased a vehicle at this dealer in June and part of the deal with JJ ( Jamarius Jackson ) was a roof rack. We closed the deal and as of today 7/26 - still no roof rack or restitution. After several , and I mean several calls to the dealership , they said to come in to service and they would install the roof rack. I brought it in and half hour later they said it was ready . I go in and NO roof rack. Turns out this model Kia Sportage EX has to come from the factory with roof rails and it doesn't and they can't install any apparently. Did the salesperson JJ or Jamarius Jackson know this? Of course not. Should he know what he is selling ? You tell me. So, the note from service says - go talk to JJ. I go talk to JJ and he says sorry - we can't do it. I wanted to but can't. That's it. I think he actually expected me to walk away. But again, what closed the deal was the roof rack. I need it for my kayaks. So, I talk to the Sales Manager Charles Banks. Is he helpful? Of course not. He says - we will figure something out next week. Do they figure anything out? Of course not. I call the Dealer Manager Emre Sevinir. This guy does not exist. He's a ghost. he's in a meeting , he's busy etc etc. - They would not transfer me to him or get him to call me back. So finally I call KIA customer care and they get me on the phone with Charles Banks and they try to give me a $75 strap on roof rack. I'm like I don't think so. I say - Pay me for the install and a cost of a roof rack. He says ok how about $500? I'm like no - the actually cost. He says I can do $500. I said " why are we even discussing this ?? Why are you trying to haggle ?? Really??! He say's ok - I have to get approval. Of course you do. Long story short - we agree to $1,000. Where is the $1000? No where to be seen. Next step is arbitration and BBB. Literally hours of my life wasted here because they don't want to honor their promise. I won't even tell you the hours we wasted with the finance manager who initially messed up the sales contract - his name is Raid. He had an error of $2,000 on our sales contract that we caught! DO NOT BUY here. Literally , everyone I had more than 5 minutes conversation was incompetent. And as of yet still no call from the the dealership manager Emre Sevenir. The worse car buying experience I have ever had. KIA has lost a 4 time KIA owner not because of the car but because of these employees. More

He was honest, transparent, funny, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision—not just making a sale. In fact, he repeatedly encouraged me to do what was best for me, even if that meant buying elsewhere. That's incredibly rare in this industry. From the very first conversation, he treated me more like family than a customer. He went so far above and beyond that he even came in on his day off to make sure I had the correct charging cable for my new vehicle. Charles Banks did a great job working the numbers and making sure I ended up with the best financing possible. Larry Smith made the paperwork process painless, explaining everything clearly and in plain English without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The only area that could use some improvement was when I called back later with a few questions. The receptionist gentleman I spoke with wasn't particularly helpful in getting me the information I needed and suggested I call back later or look the information up online myself. Even with that minor issue, this was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The honesty, professionalism, and customer service from Dave, Charles, and Larry were second to none. Sold me a protection package I did not want and expressly refused. Then lied and said it could not be cancelled (I contacted the company and they sent the cancellation to the dealer who refused to process it refused.
