James was so professional and courteous the whole time I was dealing with him. He always got right back to me whenever I asked a question also. And on top of that this poor guy worked all day Friday...then was dealing with him. He always got right back to me whenever I asked a question also. And on top of that this poor guy worked all day Friday...then drove 2 hours to me...and then 2 hours back, just so I could have the car as we discussed. Talking about going above and beyond!! From what I understand he's a new hire, and I really hope he stays for a long time!! He made this whole process so simple! More
