I give them 5 stars because they honor the fact that you had an appointment scheduled and were willing to wait, in house. I can't say that about other Dealers like the "first come first serve", you may wait had an appointment scheduled and were willing to wait, in house. Quick lane at New Brighton opens early enough that you generally don't have to wait long if you get in asap. Lastly, when already paid by wire and the pick up time set for 1pm, they didn’t have the vehicle ready and we had to wait until about 4:30pm to take possession of the vehicle. More
