We have all our ducks in line. New Brighton Ford had the driver's side head light assembly replaced and now I have matching head lights. Employees were friendly and helpful. You need to check EVERYTHING though (on any used vehicles that are “as is”). I made assumptions that were wrong- that there was a jack, that the navigation system worked, that there was a second key fob on hand, etc. They do not accept cashiers checks so if you’re not financing, be ready to pay by wire or with cash. Lastly, when already paid by wire and the pick up time set for 1pm, they didn’t have the vehicle ready and we had to wait until about 4:30pm to take possession of the vehicle. More
