The transaction started out great but went downhill after, I took the car home and came back to pick up the second set of keys. There was no second set of keys I was told. I was driving the car for a after, I took the car home and came back to pick up the second set of keys. There was no second set of keys I was told. I was driving the car for about 2 weeks and on my way up 35E norths when I heard a wishing noise. The noise went away and the car drove fine. Back home I discovered the driver side lower molding was missing. That was the wishing noise. I discovered the left front head light assembly is not the same as the right. The bar or strip of lights on the top are missing. I discovered this only because I had the hazard lights on. New Brighten Ford has done nothing so far to fix any of these problems. The car I traded in was ( a Lemon) but all the bells and whistles worked and if not I would take to the dealer and they would fix it. I think you can see why I am very disappointed it the why New Brighten is handling the problems. or not. I purchased a drivers door molding and I am in the process of getting a key fob and having the key cut and key fob programed. I am waiting to hear from New Brighten Ford about the left head light assembly. More
