I have no complaints of North Penn Volkswagen or Mazda. I have two Volkswagens and one Mazda and with regards to quality experiences with both brands North Penn handles both with the ultimate professionalism. When I go there for service or buying a vehicle every encounter I have had for 8 years has been nothing but a pleasure. Every employee greets with a smile. Thank you Mike Kelly
