Hi Kaitlin ! So this is my third car that I am buying from Casey Kia and to say this second car was nothing short of a nightmare is an understatement to be fair there were different employees working the from Casey Kia and to say this second car was nothing short of a nightmare is an understatement to be fair there were different employees working there at the time of purchase but we had a very long list of issues with that car and the last one with my steering wheel locking up almost causing us to crash was the last straw .Sam the sales manager immediately had me brought in to get me into a new vehicle and Kaitlin worked with me The entire time very professional sweet and kind not to mention she has a very good voice I heard her singing a few times LOL I am not an easy person to work with my dad has been a car salesman my entire life so I know all the tricks of the trade and they still put up with me and gave me an amazing deal to make up for all of the troubles that I have had in the past. I definitely recommend working with her and Sam for your car buying needs . More

I am 6 and 1/2 weeks late receiving registration for transferred plates. Spoke to finance manager 5 days ago. He was supposed to investigate and get back to me. No he hasn’t called me and he is avoiding my calls. Not very customer friendly. The service department Joey and service manager mr B great. They need to fix the finance employees at that dealership anyway. More
