A TRUE BLESSING!!!!!!!!!! Walking onto the dealership is usually a happy moment finding the car for you. Chad Ristau was completely aware of my fears prior to even arriving at Walking onto the dealership is usually a happy moment finding the car for you. Chad Ristau was completely aware of my fears prior to even arriving at Shults of Warren. My situation put me in a not so perfect situation to be getting a car, but the one I owned broke down and would have cost an amt. I just did not have to fix it. So my fear..walking off the lot with a lessor value car, higher miles with little to no warrenty on the car, and more than likely a higher payment! As soon as I met Chad I was instantly put at ease. He cared about my worries, he was very empathetic, and stayed by my side throughout the entire process! I walked on lot owning a 2010, broken down car, but yet I drove off the lot with a 2016 Chrysler Sadan with 4 miles on it! Oh, and my other fear mentioned about "warranty coverage" completely eliminated, because this car is covered from bumper to bumper! I have no idea how any of this happened. What I do know is that Chad Ristau has a glow about him that makes you feel like you are in the presence of an angel! The idea of walking off that lot with a brand new car NEVER came into thought due to my situation! So trust me when I say this very kind man does all that he can to help you leave happier than you arrived! I can not say thank you enough to such a great salesman, Chad Ristau, and I have to praise the heavens above to have connected us together during a difficult time! I highly recommend you ask for Chad during your time at Shults when looking for that perfect car. It will help you better understand why a speak of such a glow! He remained by my side the entire process, and anyone who has bought a car knows it can be a lengthy process. Forever thankful our paths have crossed, and I will recommend all I know looking for a car to look for Chad at Shults!
