Price and dollar are always a consideration, but customer satisfaction does not center on money alone. These folks ate great to deal with, and they ALWAYS treat folks well later. Now in our 8 th purchase, a Jeep Renegade, we still feel that we are at the dealer we will use in the future. The other Jeep wagon (patriot) has been wonderful. we will be keeping it. Troy, our salesman has sold the last 3 vehicles, and I am sure there will be more. The service department has been very good, and their work is exemplary. Randy Beckstrom is the most non-pressure salesman i've ever met... which was fantastic! He was readily available for questions over the days/weeks while we chose our vehicle and options. When we finally made a decision, we literally had the car keys the same day! Randy gave us a complete rundown of the vehicle and its many features, synced our phone to the car's console, and answered all our questions. He set up all of our warranty and accounts to the subscriptions that came withe the vehicle... we didn't have to do anything. This was, by far, the best experience i've had with purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend Randy! More

Nearly a dozen vehicles since 2000/ mostly great experience My wife and I have purchased many trucks, cars, and Jeeps from this fantastic group of people, and have never had a major problem that was not solved My wife and I have purchased many trucks, cars, and Jeeps from this fantastic group of people, and have never had a major problem that was not solved to our satisfaction. So, since 2002, our experiences buying trucks, jeeps, and cars (all New) have been joyful and easy!!! 4 trucks, 5 jeeps, and 2 cars have all been kept running wonderfully. I would recommend this dealership to any family member !!!! Troy has been a JOY, and all the folks in finance (Jim and Sherri) have made the buying experience very pleasant!!!!
