I had the pleasure of working with Jim. Backstory my old car basically died on me and I absolutely needed a new vehicle. I ended up at Lee Auto on outer Hammond Street after 5 p.m. Jim met my mother and me car basically died on me and I absolutely needed a new vehicle. I ended up at Lee Auto on outer Hammond Street after 5 p.m. Jim met my mother and me at the front door and brought us down to his office. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was comfortable paying. I gave him all my info and left for the night because they closed at 5:30. The very next morning he had already gotten me approved on a Nissan Rogue- which I ended up with a newer one with more included in it- Friday, Valentine's Day, we had taken care of everything through text message because I was at work and I gave him the go-ahead and I ended up getting my rogue Saturday morning before work at 9:30. I can't express enough how easy and painless he made my experience. I can't urge anyone enough to go and see Jim if they are in the market for a new car. He is very easy to deal with, not pushy at all, and went above and beyond for me. Please go see Jim at Lee Auto if you are looking for a very painless experience and someone who is willing to go that extra mile for you. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me!!!
