For approximately 30 years, our family car choice has been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think they have over grown with too many customers to a point where their customer experience has taken a signifiant hit. On the other hand, Subaru dealer visits and interaction ( 4 Subie dealers in the area ) have generally been very positive and good. I was highly impressed with how much care and personal attention I received from start to finish in the purchaing process. No wonder Subaru has many long time fans of the brand!! I should have listened to them sooner!! More
