It was appreciated that a salesperson did not immediately come out to the lot on our first Outstanding experience from initial browsing to purchase! It was appreciated that a salesperson did not immediately come out to the lot on our first visit, but rather let us take a walk around and browse on our own first. It was also nice that we were able to take the car for a test drive on our own (vs. the salesperson coming along for the ride). Since we were in the beginning stages of car shopping, we visited a couple of other dealerships to look at similar cars over the next week. Jay called a couple of times to check in on how our search was going without any pressure. Ultimately, we decided that the car at The Highline Group was the perfect match for us. Jay & Zach were great with helping to get the whole purchasing/financing process completed in one day and we got to drive it home that evening! Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
