I purchased my car at this dealership and have no issues with sales team. Where the dealership falls short is in the service department. My most recent experience results in having to return my car to the with sales team. Where the dealership falls short is in the service department. My most recent experience results in having to return my car to the service department due to ineffective repairs and possible safety concerns. I was told the car was driven after the initial service was performed, however, that was not true, as the brake work done was defective. While I received apologies, I also received multiple answers why the expensive service I received was not properly completed. I was given a discount on the second "fix", but needless to say the service provision was suspect and I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for service, which is unfortunate. I was planning on purchasing a new car in the next few months and was planning on doing so from this dealership, however, I will take my business elsewhere. More
