Excellent Service! I recently purchased a brand new 2019 SUV this past February. While the vehicle was nice, I was concerned about how long the vehicle would last after I recently purchased a brand new 2019 SUV this past February. While the vehicle was nice, I was concerned about how long the vehicle would last after paying it off. As such, I decided to purchase a Toyota Highlander. I owned a Toyota prior to my purchase in February and thought that I would try something different. After having concerns for several weeks, I decided to move forward with a trade. I inquired with three different Toyota dealerships and Beaver provided the best trade value, along with the best "out the door" price. The service was excellent. My sales agent, Alexis Maple, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Highlander. Additionally, the sales manager took the time to explain how he arrived at the dollar amount for my trade and the finance manager took time to go over the documents without rushing me through the process. My experience was extremely rewarding and I would recommend Beaver Toyota of Cumming to anyone! More

Also internet liaison James set the wheels in motion even before we arrived at the store. Our time was valued, they were superb. The store is beautiful and clean, open and airy. We signed our documents electronically on large, easy to read screens, and the package was provided on a thumb drive. Nothing wasted. When we left Beaver Toyota in our new RAV4, we had more than just a great deal made possible by Logan, Stephanie and James. We had peace of mind and felt good about doing business there. More

Very impressed and felt comfortable without pressure Firstly, Apologies for the length of the review but this is a big deal for a lot of people and also dedicates a few hours of someone's day off to shop Firstly, Apologies for the length of the review but this is a big deal for a lot of people and also dedicates a few hours of someone's day off to shop for a new car. I want them to feel good knowing this is a dealership worth doing that experience with. It started with my wife and I finding the best priced Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Limited Platinum Highlander on the internet after a month of car shopping, which also had just been marked down. The problem was it was over an hour away in Cumming. We gave Beaver Toyota a call and spoke with James, who was very friendly and professional and happened to be on the Sr. Internet Sales Team. We told him the vehicle we were interested in and he knew the one we were speaking of right away. We advised it would take at least an hour to get there with good traffic and he said no problem and that he will have it moved up front. We arrived and spoke with James who then found an available salesman for us , which was Chad "The mann" Scharmann. James explained the vehicle we called about to Chad and we were off to the lot, to find it upfront and with our name in the windshield on a reserved placard. (Classy). We went to the vehicle and got the A/C going. It had a ton of bells and whistles, so Chad took the time to explain them all and was extremely knowledgeable about each one. Chad was helpful through setting up the whole process: 1. Making the trade- There was some back and forth with the trade in talking with the sales finance team. This part is the normal process as any dealership.... we can give you this for your trade,.... Umm NO , ....we can do this...NOT Quite..... and eventually came up to an agreement. Ok, back to a good mood 2. The numbers all came up good --> Finance office. High Tech desk with all forms very large and clear to understand. All docs saved to a thumb drive and given to us versus a ton of paperwork. 3. Your New Car is brought inside into a glass walled interior bay to cool down for you. Chad had the car detailed, filled the gas, had the insurance desk verify our insurance coverage and also offered coverage , if needed. I noticed on the way out that the floor mats were missing so Chad went to check but advised service dept didn't find them. We looked at the pictures online that showed they were in the vehicle at that time , so he had a set ordered and sent to us at home a few days later , so we could get on our way. That is service after the sale. Will recommend to family and friends. Chad- You are the Man, Thanks again Mark More
